R.C. McDonald

R.C. is the Senior Pastor of Crossroad Baptist Church. With over 28 years of ministry experience, more than 20 of them at Crossroad, R.C.'s passion is to see people's lives changed by the power of God′s Word.

R.C. and his wife, Jenni, have two children. R.C. loves anything Jenni cooks, likes to watch Cincinnati Bengals football, and enjoys playing golf.

Brian Jennings

Brian was voted in as the Youth/Associate Pastor of Crossroad in November of 2011.  Brian is a graduate of Word of Life Bible Institute with a Certificate of Bible and Ministry, and a graduate of Baptist Bible College and Seminary with a Bachelor of Science Degree.

Brian and his wife, Kari, are avid Cleveland Browns fans.  They welcomed their beautiful baby girl, Gigi, in April of 2011.  

Eric Munson

Eric assumed the position of Worship and Music Leader at Crossroad in November of 2007. Eric graduated in May of 2007 from Wright State University with a Bachelor of Arts in Music Education.

Eric and his wife, Amanda enjoy spending time with their horses, and watching football. They welcomed their son, Joshua in January of 2012.
